Devin Bayly is a data and visualization consultant from the University of Arizona’s Research Technologies department. During his bachelors in Mathematics and Neuroscience, visualization became a recurring element of his summer projects and honors thesis eventually replacing these alternate career paths. He engages at the crossroads of compute and fields like material & atmospheric science, even digital humanities & art. This work takes place in classrooms, with the HPC, and sometimes on stage. Despite this variety of activities the common thread in his service is collaboration, and extending research from primary investigators to wider audiences.
